Interested in skating with the Denver Roller Dolls during our off season? Read on to learn how!

The Wagon Wheel Skate Center is proud to present Drop-In-Derby League, a recreational roller derby league! DID will operate during the Denver Roller Dolls’ off season and will be open to women who are interested in trying out for DRD, current DRD skaters, retired DRD skaters, and any woman (21 years and older) who is interested in playing roller derby.

DID will start November 22, 2009 and is scheduled to operate every Sunday from 5:30-8:30pm. Starting in January, practice times will shift from 7-10pm.

DID Schedule:
Sunday: 5:30-8:30pm (3 hour practice)
Open to both DRD & DID
1st hour (5:30-6:30): Basic Skating Skills
2nd hour (6:30-7:30): Endurance / Derby Drills
3rd hour (7:30-8:30): Scrimmage

The cost for DID practices is $10.00 for a single practice. Payment goes directly to the Wagon Wheel. Payment for practices is required upfront, the first day you attend practice.
