All uniforms will display charter numbers -- any grrl forgets her number spends a minute in the box.
Mouth-guards must be worn at all times -- any grrl removes her mouth-guard spends a minute in the box.
All skaters will begin the jam in the proper position -- any grrl not in the proper position spends a minute in the box.
At the beginning of each jam you will receive two panties. You put the star panty on the Jammer, the stripe panty on the Pivot -- any grrl puts on the wrong panty spends a minute in the box.
