TEAM(S)// Bad Apples // Mile High Club
PRIMARY POSITION//Blocker. Occasionally you'll see her jam, but Crash would rather dish out the hits than take 'em.
BIO//Ariel "Crash Dance" Quigley is a maniac, maaaaaaniac on the floor! Crash joined the league in February of 2007 and was drafted to the Bad Apples later that year. In 2008, she earned her wings on the Mile High Club and has been skating with them ever since. Crash is currently Co-Captain of MHC. Known for her prowess on the track, as well as the dance floor, Crash has established her booty as a force to be reckoned with. She loves to skate hard, work hard and wear leotards.
One time, Crash skated an entire bout without going to the penalty box. She was quoted as saying "I got off Scott Free".
Outside of derby, Crash works hard for the money and enjoys spending time with her Boston Terrier, Lexington Steele.
ATHLETIC BACKGROUND//Crash grew up dancing and took classes in Modern, Ballet, Tap and Jazz for 15 years (and absolutely hated ballet). She performed in numerous recitals, which are, thankfully, captured on VHS. Crash was also a member of the dance chorus in two of Denver East High School's musicals. She now specializes in winning after parties with a unique combination of technical and street skillz.
Additionally, Crash played softball for 15 years as a pitcher and 3rd base(wo)man. Her fast pitch career ended after playing for the University of Colorado's Club team from 2003-2006. Growing up, Crash dabbled in soccer, ice skating and synchronized swimming.
